All Japanese sake is made from rice that has been grown with great care by the human hand. Hikami Seishu believes that great sake should be made with passion and love. Great sake is made with the love and the respect for the land and the people. They happily provide sake that was created in their proud area of Izumo. Their sake has a nice strong body taste.
