越後杜氏の伝統の技と心を受け継ぎ、地元の蔵人が越後流の酒造りによる二本松の酒を醸します。300余年という長い歴史の中で培われた揺るぎない自信と、つねに進化を指向する柔軟な姿勢。奥の松の長い歴史は、厳しさと愛情に満ちた名酒のふるさとを物語っています。
Okunomatsu inherited traditional skills by their chief brewer from Northern Central Japan. They developed their confidence from practicing their craft for over 300 years. We have not rested on the laurels of our rich history and hard-earned reliability, but have contimued to develop and continue tradition and technology in our sake brewing.

全国新酒鑑評会で２０回金賞受賞（国内現役杜氏最高回数）の殿川杜氏渾身の地酒、ぜひご賞味くださいませ。
Our Toji(master brewer) “Tonokawa” has been awarded 20 times Gold prize by Zenkoku Shinshu Kanpyokai (the National Bureau’s Research Institute of Brewing.)
He is the most Gold medal holder person in Japan.
